Starting in 2000, BCB CEO and technologist Mate Gyorffy partnered with longtime friend Kei Tsuzuki to bring low cost onboard batteries to customers across Asia. Finding success selling through OEMs, Mate brought the company to the US and Europe in 2007. Since then, our batteries have become a trusted staple to many entertainment industry professionals worldwide, even being used in the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. The company was finally brought under the recognizable bright blue brand name Broadcast Camera Batteries (BCB) in 2014.
